In order to fulfill commitments aimed for relieving unemployment in our town, the City Council of Alzira, through the department of Economic Development, Employment and Trade. The purpose is encouraging the unemployed to become self-employed. This is done through the EMPREN programme, creating a situation consistent enough, so the workers can meet the challenge of establishing themselves as self-employed.

 

Likewise, aware of the need for specialization in the new labor market, during the last years, the City Council of Alzira has been implementing various training programs in collaboration with  the Valencian Employment and Training Service (SERVEF).

 

FORMAPLUS programme, which supports companies that are committed to the education and training of their workers, was created in order to meet the demands of this increasingly competitive job market.
