Program EMPREN is completely funded by municipal funds and it aims to encourage entrepreneurship through a grant of 1.470 euros for self-employement.

During 2013 at the City Council of Alzira, two ceremonies were organized to award 97 grants by the mayor, Elena Maria Bastidas. This aid, with a total budget of 143.075 euros, was given through Alzira Gift Card.
