Since 1995, IDEA has 24 years of experience in developing actions related to employment, training, promotion of entrepreneurial culture and commerce.
IDEA is made up by a great team of porfessionals and led by Carmen Herrero Pardo. All services are provided by a specialized team.

Agencias para el Fomento de la Innovación Comercial of Alzira (Agencies for the Promotion of Business Innovation) is integrated into the Network AFIC developing actions related to trade.
IDEA was accredited as a placement agency in 2012, it was the first local entity acknowledged in the
Valencia region. Its actions are coordinated with public employment services.
IDEA is integrated into the network of organizations that provide Employment Guidance in the Valencia region.
Mediation, arbitration and conciliation services provided as a result of the collaboration agreement between the Valencia region and the City of Alzira .
