The Young Salary Programme aims to promote employment of generation of young unemployed graduates, younger than 30 and without work experience so they can acquire the theoretical and practical training necessary for the performance of a job suited to their previous education.

 

The hiring is done through an internship contract. Candidates must gather the necessary requirements to formalize this type of contract.  Providing professional qualifications (university diploma, engineering technician, architectural technicians, university degree, university graduate, engineer, architect, superior technician in specific vocational training and titles officially recognized as equivalent, that qualify for the professional work) and up to four years after the completion of their studies.
