Employment workshops are a mixed programme combining employment training courses directed towards unemployed from 25 years onwards, and  activities related to new areas of employment of general and social interest. They are promoted by public or private non-profit entities, to facilitate their integration into the labour market, both in paid employment and through the creation of business projects or social economy.

The goal is for unemployed workers of 25 or older to effectively participate in the realization of the works or services of public utility or social interest. Simultaneously they would receive vocational training related to their work, that utilises their professional qualifications and promotes their employment.

During six months, the employment workshop T’Estime will facilitate the theoretical - practical training for 20 students in the fields of Geriatric Assistant and Rehabilitation of buildings.
